Cataract Re-Accreditation 2026 – Ipswich

We are delighted to invite you to the annual reaccreditation events for the cataract pre-operative direct referral service and the post- operative community check-up service.
DOs, Pre-registration and university students are welcome alongside optometrists at this event. We look forward to meeting newly qualified colleagues and those new to the area.
There will be refreshments and buffet provided from 7 pm, and the event will start at 7.30
Vasileios Kostakis, consultant ophthalmologist (paediatric and strabismus), will be delivering a presentation on Binocular Vision considerations for cataract surgery following updates from LOC and the trust.
